How much does the 2017 Honda Fit cost?

Prices have softened 11.32% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 68 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2017 Honda Fit a good car?

Generally — the 4.33/5 user rating suggests you can expect strong owner satisfaction from this model year. That kind of score points to a used car that has likely met the needs of many shoppers looking for practical everyday transportation.

With 38.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful share of the market to evaluate if you want to shop selectively.

Is the 2017 Honda Fit reliable?

Owners rate it 4.33/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback suggests lower ownership risk than you might expect from a small car with a broad used market.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Honda Fit?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 68 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.32% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,079 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Honda Fit's resale value?

The current average of $15,798 CAD sits slightly below last year's $17,815 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the car easier to buy now but may also limit near-term upside for a future seller. If you plan to resell later, the current pricing trend means your return will depend more on condition, mileage, and how well the car is maintained. A lower entry price today can help offset some depreciation, but you should still expect resale value to track the broader market.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.33/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Honda Fit or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.32% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.33/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2017 is a sensible choice if you want a used Fit with a softer price trend and a decent pool of listings to compare. If your priority is getting the best value, this year deserves a close look; if you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby model years to see whether a lower-priced alternative better fits your budget.
