Used 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan for Sale nearBurnaby, BC

How much does the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan cost?

Prices have softened 14.54% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 551 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan a good car?

Yes — the 4.64/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spaciousness, comfort, and practicality, especially the usefulness of Stow ’n Go seating and the easy, family-friendly layout. It also fits buyers who want a straightforward people mover rather than a style-first crossover. With 28.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some attractive market availability.

Is the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan reliable?

Owners rate it 4.64/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also highlights reliability and dependability, with many drivers describing it as a practical vehicle they can count on for family use. That said, some owners mention past powertrain concerns and other design flaws, so condition matters a lot on the used market.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is finding a van that has been maintained well enough to avoid age-related mechanical and durability issues.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value if you move on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 28.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 551 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.54% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $10,886 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan's resale value?

The current average of $10,893 CAD sits slightly below last year's $12,746 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can limit near-term upside for a future seller. If you buy at the right price, you may reduce the risk of taking a loss later, but resale strength will still depend heavily on condition and maintenance history. Because this model is positioned as an affordable family hauler, buyers tend to be price-sensitive, so clean examples usually matter more than cosmetic extras.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.64/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 28.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.54% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.64/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a sensible choice if you want a spacious, practical minivan and you find one with strong maintenance records at a competitive price. If you are especially price-sensitive, it also makes sense to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than chasing a specific model year alone.
