Is the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — owners rate it 4.94/5, which points to very strong satisfaction. Reviewers consistently praise its exceptional performance, value for money, sleek design, and modern interior features. Some shoppers also note that used examples can vary in condition and equipment, so it helps to compare listings carefully. With 17.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.94/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that many people feel good about living with over time, especially when it comes to confidence in the vehicle and overall ownership experience. That said, used-car condition matters, so you should pay close attention to how each example has been maintained and whether any signs of heavy use or poor care are present. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model itself and more about finding a well-kept example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Chevrolet Corvette?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 17.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 67 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $68,697 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $75,418 CAD sits slightly below last year's $82,865 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can make the car more approachable for you now but may also limit upside if you plan to sell soon. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of preserving value than someone who pays near the top of the range. Strong demand from enthusiasts can help support resale, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.94/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 17.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.94/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current market softness, the 2016 is a solid year to target. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of price, condition, and equipment.
