Is the 2016 Audi Q3 a good car?

Generally — the 4/5 user rating suggests you can feel reasonably confident if the Q3 fits your needs and budget.

With 27.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively rather than rushing into the first example you see.

Is the 2016 Audi Q3 reliable?

For used buyers, that points to manageable ownership risk if you choose a well-kept example with a clean service history.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Audi Q3?

This looks like a moderate buyer's market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be deeply discounted.

• Deal availability: 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 90 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.59% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $12,619 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Audi Q3's resale value?

The current average of $12,725 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,557 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable level today, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average matters more than usual. A clean, well-priced example should still appeal to shoppers looking for a compact luxury SUV.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Audi Q3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.59% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of price and availability, the 2016 is a sensible place to start. You should focus on the best-maintained example you can find, especially if it is priced near the lower end of the range. If you're especially price-sensitive, compare it with nearby model years to see whether a lower-priced alternative offers similar condition and equipment.
