That tells you the market has eased a bit, which can make the car more attractive to buyers today but slightly less favourable if you are thinking about future resale gains. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. The current pricing also suggests the model remains accessible, which can help keep demand steady among used shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.79% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2015 is a solid choice if you want a comfortable, practical Camry with strong owner approval and a market that still offers some deal opportunities. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is also worth comparing nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2015’s current value proposition.
