Is the 2015 Honda Odyssey a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Honda Odyssey earns a 4.9/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its powerful performance, comfort, spacious interior, and family-friendly features, and they also call out its good value for the price. For you, that makes it a sensible fit if you want a roomy, easy-to-live-with people mover with a practical, everyday focus. The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with praise for its low mileage and overall value. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is that transmission complaints remain part of its history, so a careful pre-purchase inspection matters.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Honda Odyssey?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 176 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.27% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $14,095 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Honda Odyssey's resale value?

The current average of $14,421 CAD sits slightly below last year's $16,822 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become more buyer-friendly, which can limit upside for a future seller if values continue to ease. On the other hand, a lower entry price can help keep demand steady among shoppers looking for a well-equipped family minivan. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of preserving value later by avoiding overpaying upfront.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Honda Odyssey or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.27% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2015 is a strong choice if you want a well-liked, value-oriented Odyssey with a softer price than it had a year ago. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, a nearby year with similar equipment may also be worth a look, but the 2015 remains the better primary target if you want a balance of owner satisfaction, inventory, and pricing.
