DO NOT buy the bright blue model. All of the Trax of that color have peeling paint! Chevy is doing NOTHING to correct the issue. Class action law suite pending.

Great value for the price. Loaded with features for your safety and convenience. I have had a Ford Escape for years with great satisfaction. I believe this Trax will give the same pleasure.

Is the 2015 Chevrolet Trax a good car?
The 2015 Chevrolet Trax is a mixed but practical choice, especially if you value affordability and everyday usefulness over refinement. Its user rating is 3.5/5, and owners most often praise the spacious interior, value for money, and safety features, with the smooth driving experience and turbo performance also coming up regularly. Is the 2015 Chevrolet Trax reliable?
The 2015 Chevrolet Trax stands out as Chevrolet’s first subcompact crossover, and that identity is central to its appeal. Owners describe it as dependable for daily use, with comments pointing to a trouble-free feel, solid long-term value, and confidence in its basic transportation role. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that condition can vary, so you should pay close attention to how each example has been maintained.

What is the 2015 Chevrolet Trax's resale value?

That lower price point can help you buy in more affordably now, but it also means the Trax has already absorbed a meaningful share of its depreciation. If you plan to sell later, your return will depend heavily on mileage, condition, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. A clean, well-kept example should hold up better than one with visible wear or unresolved issues.
