• Inventory: There are 86 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.57% compared with last year.

What is the 2014 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $13,114 CAD sits slightly below last year's $13,460 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now. If you plan to sell later, the current trend implies you may not see rapid appreciation, so condition and maintenance will matter more than timing alone. Well-kept examples should still hold appeal because the Accord has a strong reputation with shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 30.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2015 if:

• At $13,463 CAD, the 2015 costs more than the current year's $13,114 CAD average.
• It is described as exceptionally well-engineered and broadly capable.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2014 if you want the better value and a strong ownership reputation. If you are willing to pay more for a newer model year with a slightly more polished overall impression, the 2015 is the secondary path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2014 remains the smarter starting point.
