Performance is good, and that includes HP. Brakes Torque. Interior is very compfortable and I have been on 12 hour trips and did not get tired sitting in seat, and ride is very comfortable. Gas mileage was pretty good at an average of 24 mpg on a 800 mile ride.

Great sport utility, only sold it due to being 2wd. V6 is sufficient. Not winning any races but you do get much better gas mileage on freeway drives. Overland model has great features and luxury (panoramic roof, leather, navigation, etc.)

I love the car. This is my 10th personal Grand Cherokee and this is by far the best car I have ever owned. That includes my wife's Olds, Buicks and Cadillacs. The power, handling, ride, trailer pulling ability are superior. I pull a 7x12 utility trailer and MF-240 with bush-hog on a 16' car hauler. You hardly know either is behind you. The car is powerful and quite. I got a ticket on the way home from the dealership, 65 in a 45. I had no idea I was going that fast.

I was first attracted to the Grand Cherokee because it has similar styling to the BMW X5, especially from the rear. After learning about all of the standard features on the Overland model I had to see it. My mother was ready to trade in her 2007 BMW X5 and is very picky about what she drives. She was overwhelmed with everything the Jeep had to offer, and couldn't get over how improved the ride with QuadraLift (air suspension) was. She bought her Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 one month to the day before I bought mine. We are now a Jeep family again. 12 month update: after so many unsuccessful trips to the dealership, and calls to Chrysler I cannot recommend the Jeep brand to anyone. Jeep should not be selling a $45,000 vehicle of they can't stand behind their product. The service at their "5 Star Dealerships" is unacceptable.
