Build Quality: Had no problems at all with the car, build quality is amazing. 12k miles and not a single issue - mind you for the price, there should not be.... Car Comparisons: Looked at other performance 4 wheel drive cars, audi rs4, porsche cayenne. Decided on the 911 c4s, due to the handling and positive ratings it has received. Updated review - have now owned the car for 5 years and love the car still. amazing handling, have had zero problems with maintenance. The gas mileage is surprisingly good (18-22 MPG). I've got 3 kids and they love driving in the small back-seats. For a small sports car it is nice to be able to take 2 kids to school in such a fun car. Overall still love the car.

the 2006 carrera 4s is a hoot to drive. Step on the accelerator and off you go. the interior of the new 997 model range is vastly improved over the old 996. Feels far more luxurious (which is appropriate for such an expensive car). A bonus for this line of car are the two small seats in the back. These rear seats are only good for kids or some groceries as no adult could fit in those seats. However if you do have kids, it is a perfect fit. Only downside to this car is it is a true sports car. The ride is a bit harsh. This is not a luxury sedan (BMW 5 series or Audi A6), the ride is far more harsh. This is, however, to be expected from such a perfomance car. Just know this if you get one. overall, it is a beautiful car with amazing handling and performance. A real hoot to drive... enjoy...

I've owned sports cars all my life and the handling on this baby can only be described as awesome! And, the brakes are nothing to sneeze at either. The last car I had that came close was my NSX. If you have the opportunity to own this car, do it. My wife even loves it!
