More than half a decade has passed since Honda re-wrote the minivan rule book with its groundbreaking design for the 1999 model year. The 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan, following a successful redesign just last year, expands and improves upon those fundamentals.
Continuing in LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring trim levels, the 2006 Odyssey receives a few important changes. Honda has added extra child safety seat LATCH anchors in the third row so that you can carry a full house of pre-school passengers in your new car. Honda adds a navigation system as well as a rear-seat entertainment to the Touring model in Canada, while a rear-seat entertainment system can be equipped on its own in the EX-L RES model.

It's the sports car of all minivans! If u have to get a minivan this one combines luxury, comfort,power and fuel efficency. Its the best. Very reliable! Well worth the Price. The brakes are good and the van runs to 0-60mph in about 8 seconds which is good for this size of van. The transmission can be shifted through some gears. You can start out like a manual in 1 then 2 then drive will shift the next 3 gears.

Great Fun Family Van — love the way it handles and the power is there, great turn radius . Easy to accommodate 8 people for the long weekend trip. Plenty of luggage room for a family trip of a week or longer. Reliability is also pretty good in my 8 years of using. The power and acceleration is very good. my favorite, and what stand out for me is the way it looks and drives, also the sliding doors come in handy and how easy it is to drive is a huge plus. i would so totally recommend this van

Does not feel like you're driving a van. Awesome acceleration, almost like a sports car. Never needed anything but routine maintenance, aside from a couple manufacturer recalls, fixed by dealer with no hassle. Exterior in good shape. Interior ergonomically designed, holding up well. Only issue with interior is that it's light colored, and shows every single mark and stain. My fault for choosing tan interior. Good gas mileage for a van. Husband absolutely did not want a van, but even he admits that he likes driving it. A must when you have children.
