I don't think there is a better vehicle than the Ford Expedition. Going on a trip? Pack whatever you want! Take that extra suitcase, and bring that extra friend! Moving? We put all of our clothes for 2 adults and a teenager and 4 large TV's, 3 large plants, and a bunch of paintings in this vehicle when we moved. Do you get carsick? You won't in an Expedition, because of the visibility and the height you are sitting up off of the road. If you aren't a big fan of traveling and road trips make you crabby, try your next trip in an Expedition. You'll quickly become a fan. You just can't beat this vehicle.

Overall, my truck is a great family vehicle. It can seat 7 adults but I would suggest the 3rd row stadium seating be reserved for children as it's not roomy in the leg department. The 2nd row captain seats are very comfortable indeed. The DVD player keeps the kids happy for awhile. :-) The driver and passenger seating are very comfortable as well. As big as my truck is, it's not awkward and I've always felt comfortable driving it. My truck is a V8 Triton so it accelerates well and handles well. Braking depends on the brake & tire quality. The better the quality, the better the braking and handling. Cheap brakes squeak and cheap tires make the truck feel as though it's rolling slightly to the sides. I believe maintenance and repair costs are fair for my truck. Overall, I would recommend this truck for any family needing reliable transportation but can't afford $10,000+ for a new car.

This is such a wonderful SUV. Gas is not as bad as most people may think. It gets 14 in the city and about 20 on the hwy. Very spacious for trips, and very safe. Driving is fun, wonderful, and very realiable. A really smart buy. I am really glad we bought it.

I really like the power and the way the vehicle handles especially offroad. The only thing I dont like about it is the fuel mileage and the ato 4wd. Overall the vehicle is an excellent choice wether for business or pleasure.

I love it's size, power, handling, and comfort. It is great for long road trips, and "grocery getting".My Eddie Bauer edition had all the bells, and whistles. Leather, heated seats and mirrors, power moonroof, 6 disc cd player, built in dvd player, 3rd row seats, just to name a few. It has performed well in all weather and road conditions, needed no major repairs, and is a blast to drive. The gas mileage was the only down fall to this vehicle. I love my Expedition, and will definitley get another!
