We are the second owners of our Escape. At 118,000 miles, we have not invested more than $500 in normal repairs for wear and tear. The gas mileage is pretty good and the V6 engine is 'peppy'. It handles "average"; not sporty. Great smaller SUV for those who want something reliable and safe, that won't break your bank account.

Love it, wish it was newer and had a little better gas mileage but overall, it beats the last piece of crap that I owned... (did not list that one, cuz I hated it). i'd buy another one in a heartbeat. The main thing is that I have room for my Great-Grandson's car seat with room for 3 other people besides me! AWESOME!

Everything is great with the car-great quality, runs well, nice and high off the road. Handling is good. Has a few scratches here and there from rocks coming up off the road, but overall in great condition. Beautiful car, I keep it well kept.

By unfortunate events, I bought this brand new and was in an accident, totalling it - but because of its impecable safety features, it saved my life!!!

Great depenable SUV. I have over 150,000 miles and it still runs strong.
