The mid 90's Nissan Maxima was a SUPER car. Not only was it a fast family four door but also a good luxury car. I never found another car that came close that was in the same category. If it wasn't for some crazy driver that hit the car in the front left corner of the car.. I would still be driving this great car. This was - hands down - the best car I have ever owned.

awesome performance, 0-60 in 6.3 seconds, 30 mpg highway, doors are a little thin (tinny), handles quite well, roomy, but no folding rear seat. great value, rock solid reliability, 143K before somone rear-ended me and totaled it! super car! woudl buy one again isf they still made them!

I liked this Maxima, but the longer I owned it the more it felt like a family car. As a single guy I wasn't interested in looking like a family man. I needed something more flashy with better horsepower. This car is rather bland and lacking sheer performance. I had it about 4 years before the engine dropped a cylinder and faced the prospect of replacing the engine or replacing the car.

This car is amazing! It runs well, performs great, and will last for ever. It has over 180,000 miles on it and still runs great. This car, for me, was a very cheep buy. Because it was in an accident beforehand. The only downside is that it's gas mileage is a little on the low end... It is not the worst though.

Awesome car. Big upgrade from my first car (Buick Regal). Great performance for a 13 year old car with 130,000 miles on it. Great appearance, and very fun to drive. Pretty good on gas mileage, and only needed minor repairs. Really fun car.
