Great for a race car, or weekend car. Not so great for an every day reliable car. 99 eclipse conversion, fully built, 60-1 turbo, around 400 hp. 6,000 miles, 123k on body, over 12 grand in parts. I've wanted this car since my dad brought home a brochure with the black TSI Talon on the front! When it was bought 5 years ago with 130,000 miles it ran smooth. I had to learn how to drive a stick just to own it but I figured it was excellent practice for when I buy a Ferrari Testarosa. Throughout the years I've had to fix a few problems with a leaking head gasket, radiator, water pump, and the catalytic converter... all normal things that should go with a car that's 13 years old. And he still purrs like a kitten, sometimes so quiet I get nervous. Now it has over 180,000 miles and I'd still sell my first born to keep it running!
