This car is a modern classic. I had the station wagon which is roomy. With a 90 horse power turbo diesel the car was both economic and fairly quick. But a real smoker it was. I sold it for 35000 danish kroner in 2006

it was assembled in Iran not so much of quality :D but 2000cc engine was powerful in its own class

I live in Indonesia and have two 405, a Green 1994 STI and silver 1990 SR. Performance is accepted with very good handling and also it's very comfort car. My wife and my kids are enjoying this car. The downside is only gasoline, 1 for 6 - 7 kilos.

Very good station wagon. Acceleration very good, braking even better, handling very easy. After several years of bad roads, very few squeaks and rattles. Appearance very nice. Interior styling quite classy. Gas mileage is reasonable, and maintenance is reasonably cheap, considering its age. The car is lots of fun to drive on a trip to family holidays, carrying a bunch of kids plus the dogs off to the beach!
