I had to get it after the Ford disappeared. It was all i could afford, But it was a Toyota. as dependable as a car can get. cute and miserly. although power was at a deficite. and felt unconnected to road

I got this car for 500 with 189,900 miles on it. Had some issues but this car is one of the easiest cars to repair ever. No matter whatever issues it has it will not die. Almost all paseo's were stick and five speed is fun. No matter what this car will not die. I don't want it to but it is a wonderful beater with a heater. Biggest negative is that the backseat is not good for anyone over 4', seriously a toddler in a car seat would get stuck back there. The back window is very, very low. Excellent car with very comfy seats.

I had this car when I was in college and it did the job. It had Toyota's reliability, was a little bit sporty and small and got me where I needed to go. I purchased this car used in 2004 when my Cabriolet became unreliable.

Bought car for commute. Good on gas, handles decent. The Paseo is definitely not made for speed, but rather a car for point A to point B. The car is very small, not really made for more than one passenger, although there are seats in the back if you have small children.
