Brakes on 2005 TC are feeling a little rough

Brakes feel little rough when pressure is applied. No squealing though. Possibly the rotors?

I would say probably the rotors. If you feel a pulsating or slight grinding when the pedal is applied, it's rotors 9 times out of 10.
