When is the last time you replaced the water pump ? Remove the accessory belt and check the water pump by trying to "wiggle" the pulley shaft "up and down". If it wiggles at all, it is an indicator your water pump needs replacement. The shaft should spin and "move" slightly, but not wiggle.
