how do you determine which of 3 fluid type goes into my 2004 v6 Saturn Vue AWD automatic transmission

2004 V6 AWD, 71,000 miles, ( how do I know if the transmission is a VTi variable transaxle or not!!)

Drive it and see if it shifts gears or not. If it doesn't shift then it's a VTi or CVT transmission. Only use what Saturn recommends!
