why wont my dash come on or my lights does the computer need t be rest

it died one day and all i did was replace the battery and it started and no dash light nothing comes on scared to drive it

Did you check the fuze for the dash lights, possible you shorted something out when you changed the battery. I don't think you need to reset the computer when changing the battery.
