Value of a 2004 Saturn Vue which needs a new engine

We have a 2004 Saturn Vue in great condition, but it now needs a new engine.
I have checked on prices and used is about $500.00 plus install. What is the
value on the car if just trying to see as is?

You can get more for the parts than sell The whole car. Some parts like catalyst and cooler is good scrap price. Good tires you can get 50-80 bucks for.

I would say $250 which is scrap value. A vehicle without an engine is worthless. You can part it out if you want, but not many drivers are looking for used Vue parts.
