the roof lining of my saab 9000 is on some places detaching from the roof,  What is the best way to fix it?

That depends on you point of view and if you are a DIY type. You can get some upholstery screw pins and tack up the sagging liner areas. Pay a upholstery shop $300-500 to fix it. Or you can do it yourself, https://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9000/index.html?bID=284383.
