How can I communicate with someone at CarGuru

I have received 3 messages inquiring about my Lexus ES 350.  Also 2 messages saying the person has made an offer on my Lexus.  When I click REPLY TO OFFER or Person I get  a search page.  How do I reply to inquiries?
