How would I know if I seized my engine in my Lexus 2007ES350

try to turn the engine by hand with a large socket wrench at the harmonic balancer. The crank shaft should be turned by hand if it is locked up you will not be able to turn it. If it does turn make sure you turn it 360 degrees twice clockwise. If it does that it isnt locked up

Do NOT turn it counter clock wise. The timing may jump teeth.
