It is possible to register (safety inspection) Lexus ES 330 in Europe?

It depends on what country you are going to- check the local laws for the specific country- your car might be too old for Europe because the laws there are very strict and they don't like old cars on the road- you might as well research this because the laws are also strict about driver's licenses- so, registration, licensing, taxes, yeah, it could be a problem
