2000 Lexus es300. won't shift into overdrive. I tried clicking the overdrive button on and off to no avail. Could it be a solenoid? I added some trany fluid, it is a brownish red on dip stick with no odor

Check the PNP(parking neutral position) switch, located in front part of your transmission, good luck.
