What is the P1133 code for 99 Lexus ES300

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've changed out 2 of the 3 O2 Sensors, and this code keeps coming back.
Changed the sensors that are on the engine (front and back).  Is it the sensor
down by the cat converter?  Thanking any help in Advance

Air/Fuel Ratio Response Malfunction Bank1 Sensor1. The sensor is at the front of the engine near manifold.
