Dead battery. cannot get inside car without power! need to pop hood to change battery!!

How can i get the hood unlatched in a 1990 lexus es250 with no power??

contact a dealer. otherwise have you tried using the key and not the central locking remote. the key should be mechanical unless you have set off the theft lock system in which case you will have to contact a dealer.
