Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed rear break pads and after driving down
the highway for about 20minutes and this roaring
began. To me it sounds like its coming from the
axel but i know nothing bout vehicles. It only does
the roaring if we drive forward and press on the
gas pedal. If we make any left or right movement in
the steering wheel at all it stops. Can anyone help
me figure out why my car is roaring.

Recheck your work done, for sure. Bad axle could make any noise, from pop to snap to grind. Rear diff/chunk may need filled back up with gear oil or Axle shaft bearing maybe. Drive shaft when going bad will roar.
