Removed fuse #17 reset ecu it starts now but check engine and gearbox light are on still in limp mode

Remove positive cable,make sure key is not in car when you remove cable,leave off for about ten minutes,place key in car ignition and turn to the own position,then replace cable,turn key back to off and then on again,crank car,should reset if there is no other issues with the car.
