We just replaced my fuel pump

We just replaced my fuel pump and speed sensor
because they needed replaced.  Well now it won't
start, it will turn over, and when it's trying to start
the interior lights turn off....help

FIRST...TRY AND START WITH A JUMP....THERES POWER TO THE FUEL PUMP,RIGHT.... AND THE FUEL FILTER IS FINE/OK....?

Tried with a jump. I bought a new inline fuel filter, but was not replaced I was just informed. I know nothing about cars. I'm confused

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer Limited V8 and I put new fuel pump new pressure regulator and it will not start
