Why doesn't Boxter start?

Asked by Mario Mar 22, 2021 at 03:45 PM about the 2002 Porsche Boxster Base

Question type: General

engine turns over, but won't not start. Wait 15-20 minutes and it starts.
Changed all the filters and fuel pump and 2 weeks later back to where I
started. Bad fuel pump? Electrical?

Any warning lights? Try scanning for codes. You need to check for spark and fuel at the engine. Did you do the IMS bearing upgrade?
