2012 VW Jetta GLI trouble starting, stalls right after starting...

My 2012 VW Jetta GLI has trouble starting when cold starting (regardless of
cold weather or warm weather), stalls after starting (warm or cold), and the
accelerator seems to not be responsive, it tends have trouble accelerating and
then jolt forward when I give it a little more gas. I just had the fuel module, fuel
pump replaced, as well as the typical servicing.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? After all of that work, and expense, make sure its within specs.

well, if you had the fuel module and pump replaced, I'd be curious into just what exactly that module is doing. HOWEVER!! my thinking is that the fuel relay switch/ fuse needs to be replaced, plan b) while you switched those other goodies, did you think about the fuel filter? good luck
