Hello i bought this car and i can not get it to turn over with the key the code came up as 46 security systm failure what do I do ? I had a new key made and a new key switch on the bottom of column

We have bought new parts we can jump start it but will not run by itself fuel pump not pumping

the first thing is the key u had want work no chip or coad but eill after problem is solved.look in fuse box under hood remove top you will see a row of 30amp fuses look under top cover you took off go down list and see if one saysanti theft,check to see if blown. if not i say take to dealer and let run scan. if fuse is blown replace with another unhook neg.side of battery this will clear codes in computerleave unhooked a minuteor two reconect andtry,cant hurt.
