have no spray at TBI need to know what to check

Check to see if you can hear the fuel pump run when you turn the switch on it will run for a few seconds then turn off, You may have to have someone turn the switch on as you listen at the fuel filler. If thats OK unplug the injectors put a test light between the terminals and crank the engine, the light should flash.

car will run when operating tbi with a 9 volt battery , so what do I check or possible reasons other than computer ?

Welcome back. Did you check to see if there is battery positive at the injector connection? The other terminal in that connector goes to the ECM that turns the injector on abd off, do the test lite check described above.
