vehicle dies while driving hot weather conditions

91 pontiac firebird, shuts off while driving in the hot summer months, gets
about 25 miles on the highway, shorter trips to the store, it will start surgeing,
seems for about 2 to 3 minutes, alot of times has a lot of pressure in the tank
when taking off the cap, if you crack open the cap just a little, it takes about 2
minutes for it to stop hissing, sometimes will push fuel out, replaced
computer, distributer, injectors, tps,iac,map, ignition module, plugs plug
wires, put in a new 3 core radiator had a wide single, and egr, oxygen
sensor,will start back up no problems when it sits for a while, any and all
answers or ideas on which direction would be appreciated ,,,,lost in the
woods

I didn't see fuel pressure regulator on that list , I couldn't tell you where it is ,
