I have a 2021 Murano SL and rain and car wash water leaks into all of the door
frames. Is this a manufacturing defect?

During rain and carwash conditions, it's not rare to see water get into door jams, but not beyond the interior seals. If its getting into the interior of your car, discuss this with the dealer... And a question: Why haven't you asked this question in the two years you've had the car?

I have asked several times, to the manager in place a year ago and recently 2 x to the new manager. On calls and via email. They dodged around it on the telephone, they had to see the issue and so forth. The dealers have been reluctant to answer any emails. I had to drive 2 hours to their location yesterday to get an answer. But again vague, they say, yes water gets in but the seals should prevent it going past into the interior. My 2 concerns are I need to prevent early stage rusting if i can, as well, what if I head to a province with freezing winter conditions, how do I keep the doors from freezing shut or other issues as I have heard of. There is no resolve to this, no solid answers. I never had these concerns with older Pathfinder. It was solid.
