Truck will not start. When I turn the key i hear the starter click, but the engine will not turn over.

Truck will not start. When I turn the key i hear the starter click, but the engine
will not turn over.
Battery: Checked with autozone and home tested, battery is good
Starter: Brand new, both tested by autozone and home tested
Solenoid: Replaced new
Battery Ground: clean and good
Fuses: Replaced
Checked the engine it isn't seized. I have checked many of the cables and they all seem to be good but it is an old truck, haven't tried another starter brand though thanks for the help.

I brok this line where the tape is would it give me problems with the performance.i gave it a tune up and its a 1995 ford bronco 5.0 v8 automatic 4×4
