Sounds like your ignition control module is overheating and shutting off the car until it cools off.

My dad's bird only with 3.8 has the same issue. When he drove in winter, there was no problem, but when it started to be warmer outside the exact same thing started to happen. Changed spark plugs, wires and spools, replaced also ICM, but still the same thing happens. IF ICM is overheating, what could be the problem?

If you replaced the ICM and that didn't fix the issue, the fuel pump could be overheating and shutting off or slowing down.
