My audi a4 coming out if timing on intake cam and its
bending valves how to solve this

Replace the vehicle. It will cost more to fix it than it's worth. Basically the whole engine is ruined! Jim

Yep kiss it bye bye, that is one expensive repair and even if you find a used engine you don’t know how it’s been maintained.
