I would disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and then reconnect the battery to reset the car's computer then also I clean my key & my ignition. Not quite sure if it's the Cars Alarm that's trying to stop you from starting the car or if it's something else related ignition, battery excetera?

its the key reader in the lock cylinder If the engine will turn over if you jump the contacts on the starter solenoid (hot wire), but still wont start. if cleaning the chip on the key and the contact on the inside of the lock cylinder (use a q-tip and electronic parts cleaner or rubbing alcohol) improves it slightly, then you need a whole new lock cylinder and new key.
