Brakes on firebird94

I went out and cranked my car with a little pressure on the
peddle brake peddle and started the car and the peddle
went straight to the floor instead of going a little ways and
feeling hard it didn't can anyone tell me if its the master
cylinder or something else

Check for corroded brake lines that are leaking.. Clue brake fluid level will be low or near empty. Masters wear and get weak 22 years is good life for one. After 22 years its standard procedure to replace the braking system, unless you've changed / flushed your brake fluid each year like the rest of the U.S population does.

It's the master cylinder. (when you started the car the vacuum booster made the problem much more noticeable.) Give it a visual inspection for leaks however just to confirm it's the master cylinder.
