You may want to check the radiator fan for proper operation or even consider getting an uprated one. Also the radiator itself may be (partially) blocked, do a backflush of the radiator and check for any airflow obstructions in the radiator, give it a good blast of compressed air from the rear of the radiator to dislodge anything that's stuck between the radiator fins.

Yeah.. I also agree.. Sounds like it may be time to service the coolant system.

if it has a thermal clutch fan , the clutch is bad and NOT spinning the fan blades fast enough, if it has a eletric cooling fan the radiator could be partially clogged up, look into the radiator at the coils...where the antifreeze flows through the radiator....there will be a crusty, hardened substance covering the little holes.....take a small pick or screwdriver and scrape it off and watch the fluid start flowing,...with the engine running
