Headlights not working

I have a1996 firebird formula I’m having an
issue with my headlights. Yesterday morning
I drove to work with the parking lights on
only. On the way home last night I tried to
turn the lights on and got nothing. Lights go
up and down  but not on.    I checked all
fuses in car and under hood, all good. Oh
and I have hid headlights.        Any thoughts?

Obviously, the lamps are not getting power so tracing the circuit back to the proper relay/fuse will be needed. It could also be the switch itself but it will not be a different failure for both lights. Whatever is broken feeds both units.
