No start

97 Trans Am turn key on in on position
radio headlights everything works go
to engage the starter and nothing
happens no sound or nothing and also
the instrument cluster does not work
what could be the problem which is
not starting

Just check out the relays and fuses also check to see if your starter is getting power with a set of meters

Yeah check your fuses and relays see if one of them is burned out and then additionally make sure your battery cables are clean and tight.
