Question type: General

Hey guys, i recently bought a Pontiac firebird 97,
and i saw a small valve in the trunk, it’s on the left
side of the car, i have no idea what that is for, can
anyone give me some answers?

The car runs and drives normal even when the valve is closed, so i guess it has nothing to do with fuel shut off...i thought that the valve was there from the factory, looks like someone intalled it before i bought it

Looks aftermarket to me. Trace the lines out to get a clue as to the valve purpose.

Air shocks or somthing to do with it being convertable. All i can think of.
