97 Bonneville surges rpms idles rough or not at all

i would say a mass air flow sensor you could try to clean it but i think you are just going to have to replace

just replaced it with no change I unplugged the TPS with no change. stuck in Yreka till I can figure this out

take the battery cable off for a few seconds ground cable should do it see if that helps

took the cable off for a couple of minutes with no luck. I smell a lot of gas though

hmm . did you plug back in the tps ? they make a inline coil spark test light i would get one and check the spark from the coils see if you have one not working
