Why won my LS1 stay running

Hi,recently started try in to get my 1998 Firebird Formula LS1 back up and
running after being neglected for 12 years or so.I've replaced the
alternator,battery and belt  for starters.Then it cranked,but no go.No fuel
pressure at rail.Installed new Delphi fuel sender drained all old fuel.Car cranks
no start.Cleaned mass air flow ,throttle body,IAC and tps still will not start but
one time it fired up and ran for about 15 seconda.Can't get it to stay running.

Using old gas drain your fuel tank put new gas in.

I have already drained it.Still wont run properly.Idles for about 8 seconds and dies.It has a delayed rev when I press the gas pedal
