Hello betrthnu 215-- I can tell you from my own experience that it is no fun driving around in the winter without heat. There are several things that could be your problem. Maybe it is a blockage somewhere in the system that could be flushed out. Maybe it is the thermostat. Maybe it is the heater core itself. A good mechanic should be able to pinpoint the problem once he sees your car and he can have it repaired for you before the sun goes down. If none of this works I suggest you buy yourself a very warm coat. Good luck from Bovan.
